Q1. HOW TO COMPLETE THE COURSE?

The online driver education program will begin with the reading section. After completing reading, you need take quizzes and the final tests.
 

Q2. ARE YOU APPROVED IN CALIFORNIA?
Yes, we are approved. DMV ID number K1511.

Q3. IS THERE PROGRAM SUPPORT?
Yes. We are available to answer your questions during our business hours M-F, 9AM-5PM. Call at 1-(800) 866-5751.

Q4. WHAT IS THE GRADING POLICY AND HOW DOES TESTING WORK?
A student must score 100% on every quiz and 70% or more on the final test in order to pass the course. Re-tests are allowed.

Q5. WHEN DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM?
Programs must be completed no later than 90 days from the date of sign-up.

Q6. WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME?
If you require more time to complete the program, we will ask you to pay $25.00 extension fee.
